At BigRtb, we provide digital advertising services, and refunds are available under the following conditions:

  1. Service Not Provided

    2. If the advertising campaign was not launched due to an issue on our side, you are eligible for a full refund.

  2. Technical Issues

    3. If there was a technical failure on our platform that prevented the proper delivery of the purchased service, we will review your case and provide a refund if necessary.

  3. Non-Refundable Cases

    4. Once an advertising campaign has started, refunds cannot be issued.
    Refunds do not apply to used advertising budgets or completed services.

  4. How to Request a Refund

    5. To request a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of the issue occurring. Include:

    • Your account details
    • Campaign ID
    • Reason for the refund request
    • Refunds are processed within 7 business days and will be issued back to the original payment method.
