Cancellation Policy

At BigRtb, we allow cancellations under the following conditions:

  1. Cancelling Before Campaign Launch

    2. If you request a cancellation before your campaign starts, you may receive a full refund.
    To cancel, please contact our support team with your campaign details.

  2. Cancelling After Campaign Launch

    3. Once an advertising campaign has been launched, cancellations are not possible.
    However, in case of technical failures on our side, we will review individual cases.

  4. Refunds for Cancellations

    5. If your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
